WHAT YOU GET
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We offer comprehensive consultations to gain a deep understanding of the couple’s vision, preferences & budget. These Consultations are provided at no cost can be conducted either in person at our office or online for clients residing abroad. Mrs. Savika our main wedding planner will lead this discussion to ensure that all aspects of your wedding, aspirations are thoroughly explored and understood.
VENUE SELECTION & MANAGEMENT
We specialize in conducting through research & recommend venues that align with the couple’s specific requirements. Our team will accompany you on venue visits to ensure they meet your expectations. Furthermore, we endeavor to negotiate favorable pricing with hotels including potential waivers for seating covers & cook corkage fees.
VENDOR SELECTIONS & MANAGEMENT
After conducting through vendor searches, we will gather quotations from each vendor you have selected. Subsequently we will provide you with a curated list of options, predominantly focusing on main vendors for ongoing communication, we have established a dedicated WhatsApp group to streamline discussions, enabling seamless sharing of images and documents. Our team remains available around the clock, providing support guidance to help you craft your unforgettable wedding moment.
MEETINGS & VENDORS
Our team will be actively engaging in meetings with vendors, focusing primarily on photographers, videographers, makeup artists and decorations. Following these sessions we will arrange and facilitate meetings on your behalf, ensuring to accommodate your availability. Additionally, we strive to secure the best possible deals from vendors for you. While we will attend meetings in person within Colombo, we will opt for online attendance for meetings. Outside of Colombo with the exception of the final meeting with the hotel.
BRIDAL SAREE
Mrs. Savika will personally assist you in selecting your dream wedding Saree, offering expert guidance to ensure the perfect choice within your budget and in line with current trends.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Our foremost priority is your budgetary considerations. We specialize in crafting customized budgets tailored to your specific needs and presences, ensuring practicality and feasibility. Upon booking our services, our initial focus will be on meticulously developing a budget plan that aligns with your financial objectives and vision for your event.
CHECKLIST
We are pleased to offer you a comprehensive wedding checklist book to assist you in staying organized and ensuring no detail is overlooked throughout the planning process.
FAMILY MEETINGS
Both families are encouraged to convene with Mrs. Savika for a preliminary consultation. Given that many family members may be unfamiliar with wedding timelines and bridal party responsibilities, this opportunity to address any questions or concerns. The consultation will be scheduled approximately one to two weeks prior to the wedding date.
MEETINGS
In our commitment to providing you with the best possible service, we kindly ask for your cooperation in scheduling discussion calls and meetings in advance. Given that both our team and yourselves have various commitments, we find it beneficial to plan these interactions ahead of focus and attention to your needs. We recommend scheduling meetings at least 2 to 3 days in advance for more extensive discussions, allowing us to prepare adequately and address any questions or concerns you may have thoroughly.
TIMELINE
We are dedicated to ensuring that your wedding day is as seamless and stress-free as possible. To provide you with peace of mind and clarity, we will furnish you with a detailed agenda one week prior to your wedding day. This comprehensive outline will meticulously guide you through each aspect of the day, ensuring that every moment is perfectly orchestrated and explained. WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
We offer a comprehensive 10-hours coverage package for your Wedding Day, commencing with exclusive dressing process. This coverage of the bridal dressing process. This unique feature sets us apart from other vendors, ensuring that every precious moment of your special day is captured with exceptional attention to detail. Your happiness and look forward to sharing this invaluable resource with you.
MORNING WEDDING
For Colombo Weddings. Our team will arrive promptly at 5.30 am. Timing adjustments will be made accordingly. We will provide for weddings outside of Colombo. We will provide comprehensive support, starting from the bridal dressing phase until the typical conclusion time of 3.30 pm for morning weddings. Our responsibilities will encompass managing vendor arrivals, duty charts and all other essential logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
EVENING WEDDINGS
For Colombo weddings, our team will arrive promptly at 11 am. However, if the wedding is isolated outside of Colombo, the timing will be adjusted accordingly. We will be present from the commencement of bridal dressing until 10.00 pm, marking the conclusion of our duties as guests begin to revel in the celebration. Throughout the event, we will manage all aspects, including coordinating vendor arrivals and maintaining a duty chart.
USHERING SERVICE
We will provide ushering service to assist guests who may require guidance in locating their seats.
